Happy Independence Day!
I was raised by a bear of a man who celebrated the 4th big time.
I helped him smuggle in fireworks from Canada for his shows in summer.
While we argued most of his life, in his final years he turned from the Republican party…and joined me as a Libertarian… where I’ve found the most freedom in life…
